Claude Corps Fellowship
Claude Corps is Anthropic's 12-month paid fellowship for early-career people who want to put AI to work inside mission-driven organizations. The official name is Claude Corps, not Claude Core. Fellows are paid $85,000 a year, get benefits, and do not need a college degree or formal AI training.

Who it is for
- Early-career applicants You need to be 18 or older with under two years of full-time professional work experience.
- US work authorization You need to already be authorized to work in the United States. The program does not sponsor visas.
- No degree required Anthropic says there is no minimum education requirement and no formal AI or coding background required.
- Comfort with AI You should already use Claude or similar AI tools in day-to-day life or work.
- Open to relocating Placements are with host organizations around the US, and relocation support is available when needed.
How to use it

Check the official application
Open the application page first. Dates can change, and the first cohort deadline was July 17, 2026. Applications remain rolling for later cohorts.

Finish the two courses
Complete AI Fluency and Claude 101. The application asks for proof that both certificates are done.

Prepare your examples
Have a project, tool, automation, community effort, or social-impact example ready to explain in plain English.

Apply and wait for next steps
The process can include a short application, take-home assessment, short conversation, and final interviews.
Tips
- Do not call it Claude Core in your application. The official program name is Claude Corps.
- You do not need to be an AI expert. You do need to show good judgment with AI tools.
- If you are over the two-year full-time experience limit, read the FAQ carefully before applying.
