Tips

  • ChatGPT searches and shortlists jobs, but it cannot log into LinkedIn and submit applications for you. You still hit apply.
  • Mirror the exact keywords from each job description. That is what gets you past the ATS.
  • Google XYZ formula: accomplished X, as measured by Y, by doing Z. Use real numbers from your experience.
  • Turn on browsing or search so it can pull live listings. It will not catch every job, since platforms limit what it can see.
  • Check every tailored resume before it goes out. One wrong detail costs you the interview.
  • Quality beats volume. A tight batch of tailored applications beats a spray of generic ones.
