Connect Indeed to Claude for a Smarter Job Hunt
Indeed built an official connector for Claude, so Claude can search Indeed's live listings right inside your chat. Upload your resume and it finds the roles you actually fit, ranks them by how likely you are to get an interview, and tailors your application to each job description. It handles the searching and the writing. You still hit apply, which is a good thing, because you want eyes on every application before it goes out.

How to use it

Add the Indeed connector
In Claude, open Settings then Connectors (or the search and tools menu in the message box), browse connectors, search Indeed, and click Add. Sign in to your Indeed account once and it is connected.

Upload your resume and find your matches
Upload your resume and have Claude pull live Indeed jobs you are qualified for, ranked by how likely you are to get an interview.

Tailor an application to each top match
Pick your strongest matches and have Claude rewrite your application for each one, matching the job description with the Google XYZ formula.

Apply through the links
Claude gives you the Indeed link for each job. Review each tailored application, then apply. The connector finds and writes, you send it.
Tips
- The connector is read only. It finds jobs and tailors your application, but it does not submit applications for you. You still click apply.
- Skip the spray and pray. A handful of well tailored applications will beat a hundred generic ones.
- The Google XYZ formula: accomplished X, as measured by Y, by doing Z. Use real numbers from your experience.
- Ask Claude to pull the company's Indeed reviews and pay data before you apply.
