Turn Property Listings Into Videos With Claude

Arcads Claude Code connects Claude to the Arcads video API. Give it approved property photos, choose the strongest rooms, and have Arcads generate short clips that Claude can assemble into a full listing showcase. It is generated video made from still images, not a true 3D property scan. Only use photos you have permission to market.

Start here

Install Arcads Claude Code

Open the Arcads skill repo, copy its URL, then paste it into Claude Code and ask Claude to install the skill.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Open the Arcads skill repo

Use the orange button above. Copy the GitHub URL for krusemediallc/arcads-claude-code.

  2. 2

Ask Claude Code to install it

Open the Code tab in Claude, paste the GitHub link, and use the prompt below. Claude can clone the repo and walk you through its setup.

Install this Arcads skill and follow the setup instructions in the repository: https://github.com/krusemediallc/arcads-claude-code. Tell me before running anything that changes files outside the new Arcads project folder.

  3. 3

    Connect your Arcads account

Create an Arcads account, open its API settings, then run the repo's setup script. Keep the API key in the local .env file and never publish it to GitHub.

  4. 4

    Choose an approved listing

Copy the listing URL for a property you represent or have permission to market. If Claude cannot access the photos from that page, download the approved images and add them to the Arcads project instead.

  5. 5

    Give Claude the property brief

Paste the listing URL or point Claude to the approved photos. The prompt below tells it to build the shot list before spending Arcads credits.

Use the Arcads skill to create a polished property showcase for this listing: [PASTE LISTING URL OR PHOTO FOLDER]. I have permission to use these listing photos. Select 6 to 10 strong rooms, remove duplicates and floor plans, and build a shot list in a natural walkthrough order. Match a subtle camera move to each room, keep the property accurate, and do not invent features or views. Show me the selected images, prompts, model choice, and estimated Arcads credit cost before generating. After I approve, create the clips and assemble a 16:9 master plus a 9:16 social version.

    Review before delivery

Check every room, feature, address, price, and agent detail. Regenerate any clip that warps the property or creates something a buyer would not see in person.

Tips

  • Review the Arcads stills and prompts before approving paid video generation.
  • Start with 6 to 10 rooms. More clips cost more and usually make the video drag.
  • Keep your Arcads API key in the local .env file. Never post it or commit it.
  • AI motion can distort doors, windows, pools, furniture, and room proportions. Check every clip.
  • Get written permission from the listing agent, brokerage, or photographer before using their images.
