Erase Your Digital Footprint with Claude
Same idea as the ChatGPT version, but with Claude. Data broker sites are selling your name, address, and phone number on sites you have never heard of. Claude finds them, then in agent mode it goes down the whole list and submits the removals for you, even while you sleep. Then it keeps rechecking every week until you are gone. Three prompts, in order.

Find who has your data
Open Claude and have it search for everything already out there about you, with the opt-out link for each data broker.
Search the internet for everything that is already out there about me, and give me the exact opt-out link for each data broker exposing my data.

Let Claude submit the removals
Open Claude Cowork (its agent mode) and let it go down the entire list, submitting each removal request for you.
Go to every one of those sites and submit the removal for me.

Keep it gone
Set it to recheck on a schedule and resubmit anything that gets ignored, until you are fully removed.
Recheck every week and resubmit to any site that ignores it until I am gone.

Tips
- Claude Cowork is the agent feature that opens a browser and acts for you. It needs to be enabled on your plan.
- Removals are not instant. The weekly recheck is what clears the stubborn sites.
