Erase Your Digital Footprint with ChatGPT
Your address, phone number, relatives, and old records can end up on data broker and people search sites you have never heard of. This walks ChatGPT through finding those pages, drafting the removal requests, submitting the opt-outs where supported, then checking back every week so ignored requests do not just sit there.

How to use it
- 1
Find who has your data
Open ChatGPT and have it search for public results tied to you, then list the data broker and people search sites with their opt-out links.
Search the internet for everything you can find about me. List every data broker and people search site that is exposing my personal info, and give me the exact opt-out link for each one.
ChatGPT - 2
Write the removal requests
Stay in the same chat. It drafts a custom removal request for each site it found.
Now write the exact removal request to send to each one.
ChatGPT - 3
Submit them in agent mode
Turn on ChatGPT agent or a supported browser workflow, then have it go down the list and submit the requests where the site allows it.
Go to every one of those sites and submit the removal request for me.
ChatGPT - 4
Keep it gone
Create a weekly recheck task. If a site ignores the request or your listing comes back, ChatGPT can flag it and help resubmit.
Now recheck every site every week and resubmit any request that gets ignored until my identity is completely wiped.

Tips
- Agent and browser workflows can pause for confirmations, logins, or sites that block automation. That is normal.
- Removals are not instant. Some sites take a few weeks, which is exactly why the weekly recheck matters.
- Start with the big data brokers. A lot of the smaller sites pull their data from them.
